  2. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

  3. ELIGIBILITY

    a. Anyone may submit an entry; however, only licensed dental hygienists who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry are eligible to win the grand prize.

    b. Limit one (1) entry per person.

    c. No purchase necessary; no prior tasting or usage of VOCO Profluorid Varnish is required.

    d. Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win.

    e. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win.

    Up to five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each verified winner will receive one (1) VOCO Prize Pack (“Grand Prize”) consisting of VOCO hygiene products, a VOCO branded tote bag, and a VOCO branded umbrella. A specific list of Grand Prize contents and Approximate Retail Value are as follows:

    • Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Grand Prize = $416.00

    • Grand Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  3. PROMOTION OFFER FOR ALL ENTRANTS

    All entrants will receive a thank-you email containing a limited-time “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” VOCO Profluorid Varnish offer:

    • This promotional offer is separate from the Sweepstakes and is not required for entry or participation. Purchase will not increase chances of winning.
    • Purchase any three (3) VOCO Profluorid Varnish 50-packs (any flavor; mix & match allowed) and receive one (1) VOCO Profluorid Varnish mixed flavor 48-pack free.
    • Available flavors: Caramel, Bubble Gum, Mint, Cherry, Melon, Cola Lime, and Pina Colada.

  4. WINNER SELECTION

    On or about November 3, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential Grand Prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period that correctly guessed the most popular flavor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  5. WINNER NOTIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

    Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within three (3) business days to confirm eligibility. Sponsor will verify job title and age after potential winner selection. If a selected winner fails verification, an alternate will be chosen.

    Potential winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within two (2) business days of notification as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

    If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time, or if they are found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

    Prizes offered in this Sweepstakes are intended solely as promotional giveaways. By participating, entrants acknowledge that receipt of a prize may be subject to applicable federal, state, or employer restrictions relating to gifts or incentives provided to health care professionals. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of a prize does not violate any such restrictions or policies.

  8. WINNER PUBLICITY RELEASE & TAX CLAUSE

    Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

    Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

  9. ADA & ACCESSIBILITY

    Sponsor will provide reasonable accommodations or alternative means of entry for individuals with disabilities upon request during the Sweepstakes Period.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any errors, omissions, losses, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, printing errors, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control related to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance of prizes, use of promotion offers.

  11. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

    The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina without regard to conflict of law provisions. For Canadian residents, all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the province or territory of residence and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
